i was surprised by how much i liked this! the bundt is very similar in flavor to a lemon loaf, and the rosemary wasn’t overabundant as it is in some baked goods. i am not the biggest rosemary fan so i preferred the strong lemon flavor. the cake wasn’t super sweet either which i enjoyed, and any lacking sweetness was made up for by the glaze! texturally, this cake was very moist and fluffy. i was impressed with the texture because i ordered it later in the day when the baked goods might be a little older.
overall, i’d definitely recommend ordering this, especially for fans of citrus and lemon loaves!
