This was ok . It has 14 grams of protein 7 grams of fiber and 440 calories . The sweet potato seems a bit undercooked. It wasn’t my favorite ready meal but want the worst it had a very lemon forward taste . . I most likely won’t purchase this again , but it was quick and easy in a busy day .purchased at Aldis
