This was so tasty! It's not like normal pad thai if that's what you're expecting - it consists of kale, carrots, and purple cabbage with a super flavorful sauce over brown rice or kelp noodles. Very colorful and crunchy. The dish is mostly the sauce honestly which is a bit weird, but it was amazing. I think the only thing I'd do differently is add some tofu.
