I normally am leery of #veganchickenrice due to the highly processed and chemically enhanced nature of #mockmeat, so was happy to find that this is made from fried #beancurdskin. It is crispy and brown on the outside, smooth and white within. It is drizzled in a savoury dark sauce for flavour and accompanied by a scoop of mixed #vegetables for nutrition. The chilli is literally eye watering! The soup tastes clean, not overly salty and doesn't make you thirsty afterwards. At $5.50, it is one of the more affordable vegan meals that can be found in the downtown area. Thanks @ziggyradiobear for your review! I will be frequenting this eatery often for lunch.
