I was delighted to see that the hotel in which I spent one night in Arizona had a big bowl of these vegan and #allergyfriendly #cookies at the front desk. The person checking us in sort of disparaged them as “healthy cookies,” but I think that was unfair — they’re sweet enough for anyone with a #sweettooth and have plenty of #chocolate chips, if you like that sort of thing. The first bite did taste somewhat #glutenfree, but it’s a quick and relatively minor adjustment to get used to it and scarf down the rest of the #cookie. I wish I could have tried the crunchy version — soft-baked has always struck me as a little sandy (matter of personal preference.) Even with my weird aversion to chocolate chips, I can’t deny that these were a lifesaver when my flight was delayed. Thank you, Partake Foods!
