This product melts decently and has an alright flavor. I wish non-dairy cheeses were not made with so much oil. I purchased these with the intent to share with some non-vegan friends so I probably won't be purchasing this product again. It is a dairy-free cheese option but companies need to get better with their cheese. Vegan peace and love
