Ryanair’s in-flight menu has vegan lasagna & I had to try it on my previous flight back 😋
Served hot to your seat - combo with beverage (I chose tea) for 11€. It wasn’t bad at all!
The herb tomato sauce was tasty and the texture of pasta was good too. They should maybe add some soy protein as well, then it would be perfect.
