Aubergine and Tofu Raufu en MAMASAMBA — Reseña de platosrose (1 feb 2024)

The flavours in this meal were amazing. The rice, broth and marinated tofu were seasoned so well, and the flavour combination felt exotic and interesting. I would definitely order this again. This is a restaurant with mainly meat and fish options though - so maybe a suggestion for work functions or when wanting a dinner to accommodate non-vegans. Great vibe and decor too.
