i was pleasantly surprised with this #vegancheese. it was a great price and had a nice flavor. it went perfectly on one of my favorite meals (pasta & fagioli) prepared by one of my favorite people (rosanna) in one of my favorite places (roma). also good in a kitchen sink concoction for last minute travel when i had to get rid of a fridge full of food in very little time.
