Similar to the Fishiee Patties but in the form of small rectangular sticks. Taste and texture reminiscent of old-school fishcake-style breaded fish burger patties, but definitely not flaky like real fish. 🍔 Made using konjac. Not the healthiest and very low in protein, but convenient for air-frying as a snack or side. P.S.
