I really want to like Miyoko's products and I wish I could say we love this cream cheese, but...
Although this cream cheese isn't my favorite either, I don't mind it too much, and I like the ingredients. My husband, however, does not like this at all. The flavor, I will admit, is somewhat sharp and a bit too tangy. I have tried her products a few times because, like I said I want to like them, but the first time I tried the cream cheese, it was so sour that I thought it had gone off.
The ingredient list, though, is so much better than some of the other brands that are made with mostly fats and/or palm oils.
