This was good . I heated and put over salad and added chili sauce . There is 2 servings in container 190 or 380 fo whole container . 2 grams of fiber and 1 gram of protein per serving .. I enjoyed this but wasn’t my all time favorite from Trader Joe’s . But I would purchase again.
