This tasty morsel of Germany is a rare find in Hawaii. My friend found it at Waikiki Market. My first time seen these little gingerbread chocolate hearts with a cookie-like crumb and soft apricot filling, sort of like jam. I was expecting a chewy, gummy peace of fruit inside, so this was a pleasant surprise. I’ve never had anything like this. It’s like a combination of a piece of chocolate and cookie. I like how the front of the package says this is vegan too. #nationalapricotday
