Cinnamon Horchata de Koia — Reseña de glutenfreevee (29 dic 2023)

This has been one of my top two flavors from the Koia protein shake line. As soon as it came out and I tried it, I was hooked. It reminds me a bit of a holiday egg nog with the cinnamon and almond milk, but it’s available year round. How cool is that?! I also love the fact that this is high protein (18g!) and fiber (7g!) per bottle. It really checks off all the major boxes.

One 12-ounce (355mL) bottle provides 190 calories from 7g of fat, 13g of carbs (7g of fiber) and 18g of protein.

I usually wait until these go on sale. I’ve found this at Whole Foods on sale for 2 for $7, regularly $4.69, and at ShopRite on sale for $3.50, regularly $4.29.
