The laughing seed cafe in Asheville is a spacious restaurant with lots of vegan options. This sharing plate had house baked rye bread, pickles, garlic beet salad, kraut, and eggplant and tomato spread. The bread was slightly dry but tasty. The smoky sweet spread was good too. And I liked all of the pickled items and beet salad. I think this dish would be good for sharing. $14.
