梅菜拉面 Mei Cai Ramen en Grand Vege Creative 素膳 — Reseña de Steven Neoh (18 dic 2023)

This one didn't look particularly well presented, but believe me it tasted fabulous 🤤 The #meicai was very present in the stock, and bestowed this lovely, leafy, mellow sweetness on the entire dish 😋 I never knew that #ramen could work this well with the southern Chinese flavour palate, but I guess I do now 😉 This was amazing on a rainy night!
