They make their tagliatelle FRESH in house daily using heirloom Iraqi durum wheat flour from Full Belly farms. This dish also has creamy Quang Tri & Tellicherry pepercorn and cultured Hodo soy milk sauce with Kay Lee farm yu choy, ginger-scallion oil, and smoked shiitake chili crisp.
BOLD and flavorful! Spicy and floral notes from 2 kinds of peppercorn. Amazing flavors in all the dishes we tried at Lion Dance!
