This is the chilli crisp I usually buy when I'm lazy to make it myself. It is medium spicy, has a ton of crunchy chilli and soybean bits, and is very umami from the msg. It also leaves a tingly/slightly numbing aftertaste on your tongue from the Chinese prickly ash which I think is the same as or similar to Sichuan peppercorn.
There are other brands I like, but this is the cheapest and it is the OG of chilli crisps i think. I don't buy this often though because i'm still a bit weary of msg, and when i have it in my fridge, I want to put it on literally EVERYTHING I eat! Even a whiff of the bottle smells freaking amazing.
