Within a two minute walk of my hotel in Las Vegas, I went to Target to do a little grocery shopping. I couldn’t believe how expensive groceries are here, but then again, I was shopping on the Strip. The grocery prices would still be less than the cost of dining in a restaurant. This hummus was $3.49 US which was much less then a competing brand.  I was quite happy with this price.

I’m not familiar with this brand, but it offered another review opportunity. I was really intrigued by its flavour. I’ve had Olive Tapenade Hummus at home (Toronto), and this brand’s version is very similar (not surprisingly).

This hummus is a great source of iron and fibre; just 2 tablespoons provides 6% of your day’s recommended amount of iron and 4% of your day’s recommended fibre.

I was surprised to see that it’s a product of Canada which was another incentive to buy it. 

I would definitely get this again.
