I made vegan wonton soup today. I found the wraps so small to work with and very labor intensive. I couldn’t get them wrapped right, I have a whole new respect for those who can. I got a little better. Then I really didn’t care for the taste of the wrap what I did like was my broth. I think I will make the broth again and use with dried noodles.
