I really enjoyed this kimchi. It’s so flavorful! It’s tangy and peppery and a little sweet - nicely balanced. There’s very tender pieces and some with more crunch. Several months ago I found this brand’s beet kimchi at Grocery Outlet and it was so very good; I would most certainly try any vegan kimchi variety from this brand!
