I was thrilled that they had at least one vegan option for a sandwich at Costa. A classic ham and cheese toastie using Quorn ham. I got this more than once because it was affordable (for Dublin) and reliable. Important to note that they don’t have this in all locations - you might be out of luck if you visit a Costa outside of Dublin centre.
