Who can say no to noodles and especially veggie ramen! Trader Joe’s miso ramen soup is so tasty and flavorful that there wasn’t enough noodle lol! This is a tiny cup and perfect for a light snack or lunch!
A bit high in sodium but to be honest I usually only use 1/2 the packet otherwise it becomes too salty for me!
Nice source of fiber and protein though!
Will most definitely keep a few of these for those #lazyvegan days and especially when it’s freezing cold out lol!
