Eggplant in Garlic Sauce en Veggie Heaven — Reseña de Clarenda (12 nov 2023)

This is one of the best dishes I’ve had here. The sauce is such a lovely balance of salty and savory and slightly sweet I don’t know how to entirely explain it but wow amazingly delicious. The eggplant is cut into bite sized chunks and cooked perfectly so soft and tender along with baby bok choy. The freshness of the produce and tastiness of the sauce is a great combination. Highly recommend! All vegan restaurant!
