Who needs meat when you have protein rich tofu and mushrooms 🍄!! Some of the best lettuce wraps I’ve had in a long time!
Crisp lettuce leaves, a mix of shiitake mushrooms 🍄, tofu and lemongrass for the filling, crispy rice noodles and cilantro to sprinkle on top, with a Vietnamese sauce for the drizzle!!
Absolutely amazing dish and couldn’t ask for more for lunch out with my cousins!
Thank you Planta Queen for a wonderful birthday 🥳 lunch! Service was amazing!
