The Pear’fect Pantry is an example of how cafes will look like in the future. A majority of its menu is vegan. All its cakes and pastries are vegan. The default “bacon” strips in its big brekkie is soy bacon. It’s pretty dope!
This vegan big breakfast was amazing. It’s got everything, hash browns, tofu scramble, portobello mushrooms, vegan bacon, vegan sausage, onion jam, wilted spinach, fresh greens, roasted tomato and a sourdough toast from Mary St. bakery.
