Great looking Vietnamese pancake with lots of fresh veggies, some mock meats, only issue was the bean sprouts were raw for some reason. Bean sprouts when blanched or lightly cooked tastes best for me. I’ve never seen other restaurants do raw bean sprouts in Vietnamese pancake.
