I love Oatly and I find their products consistently good. I found this spread (nature) at half price and I bought to try it in a pasta dish instead of sour cream and I absolutely loved the result - it melted beautifully without splitting and made the dish creamy with a lovely touch of acidity - I will definitely buy it again.
