BBQ Mac en Planted PDX — Reseña de pdxveg (27 sept 2023)

This consisted of cavatappi pasta with seasonal greens tossed in a rich and creamy plant-based mac sauce and topped with meaty and intensely flavorful sweet and savory Gochujang-glazed soy curls, crispy shallots, and scallions. Served with a side of fresh and creamy esquites corn salad. It was incredibly delicious.
