
I love Japanese eggplant. I'm growing some in my garden right now!
These melted in your mouth and were BURSTING with flavour. I hadn't tried it before and was happily surprised. It went well with the truffle rice.
It was described as "thai basil, yuba, peanuts, szechuan pepper, lime" and was around $14. I'd recommend!!
