I didn’t think it was possible to love a pastry any more than my last favorite from Houlden’s but this one floored me!

It was perfect-so delicate and flaky on the outside and beyond fresh and spongy on the inside. The passion fruit curd was super delicious-just the right amount of tartness. 💛
