The Transformed kale Caesar salad has been my go-to since PK opened. I was pleasantly surprised that they recently updated the dish to include falafel and roasted broccoli (yay, protein!).
Funny enough, PK’s slogan is “always fresh, always evolving” but this is the first major update to their menu I’ve seen in years of patronage. It’s nice to see!
This salad always lasts me two meals and especially so now with the added ingredients. The dressing is delicious and thick, coating the kale well. The “parmesan” complements it perfectly. Definitely recommend this new and improved dish!

Great to know this restaurant in Ottawa, checked out their menu, many vegan and gluten free options. Would like to try if go back to Ottawa again. I used to visit The table buffet many times, even with team out for lunch once. Just found it was closed in 2022 on happy cow.
