Review of toon Rendang Rice With Vegan Fried Plantegg at nomVnom Bistro by ziggyradiobear
Very good! Everything's nice about this. The fried vegan egg had very similar texture and taste of a real egg(very cooked yolk). The egg white was also fried to perfection with some crispy edges. Ingenious! The rendang was fantastic, good flavour to the mushroom shreds. Served with short grain rice, vegan anchovies and two slices of tomatoes and cucumbers.
