Flat shaped #ricenoodles that cook up nicely in 2-3 minutes and hold their shape well, although you have to move quickly from cooking to tossing them with your meal to prevent them from sticking together. Only three ingredients with relatively good nutrition. They come in four blocks of noodles, nice for portion control - one block is one serving size. They are not wrapped individually, so no extra plastic, and the outer wrapping is supposedly recyclable.
Found at Lidl's Asian week, otherwise they are a rare find locally!
