This was a great sandwich. It's been over a year since I've been to Vida's, and I had an overall great experience Saturday morning, and I really enjoyed my meal. This sandwich is a part of their new #breakfast menu available Saturday's from 9am to 12pm. This delicious toasted sourdough bread is topped with avocado, #justegg, crushed tomatoes, and housemade seitan bacon. It's a smaller sandwich, but it has a lot of stuff on it, so it's very filling and satisfying. It also had great flavors, and the flavor of the seitan bacon has really improved since I had it a few years ago. This was around $10 so a good value.
