I was curious to try them because I love pepper, and I was lucky enough to find them on a discount. The texture may have been altered a bit because I had to freeze them to save them from expiration, but I liked it anyway because it was not chewy at all. The marinade is also tasty, yet a bit too intense and artificial I'd dare say. There can be improvements, but it's a nice substitute in case you don't want something that resembles meat but has a decent amount of proteins and a smoky flavour.
