This consisted of a 🐮🥛-free cheddar and 🐷-free 🥓 stuffed 🐮-free Beyond Meat patty, melty 🐮🥛-free cheese, luscious house-made 🐮🥛-free mac and cheese, and organic tomato 🍅, served on an organic bun with flavorful 🐔🥚-free basil mayo. With so much delicious veganized comfort food, this this really has it all. It was made especially for the Portland Mercury’s Portland Burger Week and only cost $8, which was impressive.
