A year ago I had to request changes to vegetarian items in order to satisfy my need for a vegan dish. I was overjoyed to see that there were two fully vegan options on the menu at the Panorama Lounge this time.
The cauliflower and tahini dip was divine! I couldn’t scoop it up fast enough! Adding a five spice hemp seed sprinkle was a nice touch. I plan to try to recreate this one at home.
Looking forward to my next visit to see what other vegan delights have made their way into the menu!
