Stir-fried tender silken tofu, edamame and diced king oyster mushrooms in lieu of minced meat (appreciated that no mock meat was used!), and scallion in housemade mala paste. Customisable level of spiciness, though even the slightly spicy level was quite spicy for me haha. Personally wasn't such a fan as I found the dish slightly oily.
