This consisted of tender but chewy bánh hỏi noodles (fine rice noodles woven into intricate bundles), savory, crispy, and rich 🐷-free BBQ pork, lettuce, purple and green cabbage, mint, cucumber, cilantro, crispy onions, and sweet and sour chili sauce. The contrasts of flavor and texture were very satisfying.
