Bluffalo Notzzarella de I am nut ok — Reseña de smhal (16 ago 2023)

Really good alternative to buffalo mozzarella. Melts very easily. I think it would be more suited to pizza or lasagne as it kind of has the texture of béchamel sauce once it’s melted. I had it on top of chilli but I much prefer the grated cheddar alternatives for that. Gunna try it in a meatless meatball sub next time.
