This #fakemeat #veganmince was excellent value; I don't remember the exact price that I paid Vegan District for it, but I remember going wow that's a good price 😅 I didn't think it was quite the best in class, there is stiff competition from folks like Beyond, whose mince actually exudes so much smokiness and meaty flavour. This one requires rehydration in the frying pan, and the step after that is to add seasoning or flavouring to taste. I didn't do much to this, so it turned out a bit flat 😕 On the other hand, if you are trying to do something a bit special with your mince and you want a blank slate to start from, perhaps this might be a good choice!
