The seared spring rolls is my go to here. The peanut sauce is the best I’ve ever had, they have an incredible crunch, and the quinoa is jam packed with flavor. Trilogy is one of my all time favorite vegan restaurants in San Diego, with the atmosphere, being in La Jolla, the nutritious vegan food, I could go on and on.
