I absolutely love these so much! I found them at the Sheetz gas station store in Winchester VA and once I opened the bag and tried the first one I couldn't stop eating! They remind me of the cheese "meneitos" I used to eat in Nicaragua when I was still vegetarian, around a decade ago! But these are better because they're vegan and made of chickpeas of course! The flavor and texture are perfect 🤤 The bag says they are certified NON-GMO, sustainably grown chickpeas, kosher, the chickpeas "are farmed using 10% of the water of most proteins... which means 90% less water taken from mother nature."
