I really liked this oat milk. It’s very delicate and it has no added sugars. It’s naturally sweet. Nutritionally is like any other oat milk, so unfortunately with little to zero protein. For this reason I tend to prefer soy milk, but there’s no denying that oat milk tastes so much better, especially for my morning bowl of cereal!
