Holy #shiitake this was scrumdiddlyumptious. So… I’ve heard from meat eaters - untroubled by the idea of lamb - that lamb tastes particularly good. So my curiosity got the best of me and I gave this faux-lamb a try. It was delicious and the shiitake was grilled to perfection. This little #greek vegan restaurant tucked away in Pierrefonds is a true gem.
