Aburasoba Shouyu-Vegan en Shin Ramen — Reseña de gingerj (22 jul 2023)

Ramen without broth, but with vegetable sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toppings are "mince" from Shiitake and Miso, spring onions and dried enoki mushrooms. I liked the taste.
