This consisted of crispy lemongrass tofu, pickled julienned carrots and daikon, cilantro, cucumber, 🌱-based kimchi mayo, and sriracha-lime sauce on a on a pleasantly chewy ciabatta hoagie. The mix of crispy, fresh, creamy, tangy, and 🔥 was wonderful. Served with a zesty dill pickle spear and thick-cut house-made potato chips sprinkled with herbs.
