Review of seitan schnitzel sandwich at Pierogi Mountain by tabithalewis

I love this seitan schnitzel sandwich! The tofu seitan cutlet is super crispy & I love the lemon mayo that comes on it! It’s a large sandwich, very filling, great value, highly recommend!
