Trying to eat plant based, whole foods as far as possible, so I’m really glad to have found this 100% buckwheat soba. Higher in fibre, and it made a fine base for my noodle salad with a Korean-inspired dressing. Pricier than regular soba, though, at SGD9.50 or so for a modest 3 bundles enough for only 2 servings.
